New New Regulations(the Republic of Benin & Republic of Togo)

According to the provisions of the ministerial decrees of the Republic of Benin & Republic of Togo, all cargo unloading at Cotonou / Benin and Lome / Togo require a Cargo Tracking International Note or Bordereau de Surveillance Cargaison International (BSCI).
All parties can obtain information regarding the BSCI from the authorized agent SHINHAN FREIGHT SYSTEMS LTD.
SHINHAN FREIGHT SYSTEMS LTD. is fully empowered to act wherever and whenever deemed necessary, to deal with shipowners and shippers with all official parties concerned, to sell the BSCI blank forms against payment and validate cargo tracking notes (BSCI) after fulfilled by the applicant.
According to the provisions of the ministerial decrees of the Republic of Benin & Republic of Togo, all cargo unloading at Cotonou / Benin and Lome / Togo require a Cargo Tracking International Note or Bordereau de Surveillance Cargaison International (BSCI), which is compulsory from February 1st 2005, for all commodities.
There are no exemptions : ¢º Every B/L must be covered by one separate BSCI, whatsoever the final destination. ¢º Conventional / bulk batch:One separate BSCI per 300 ton lots maximum. ¢ºWheeled vehicles, one separate BSCI per vehicle ¢ºContainers, one separate BSCI per 5 containers maximum ¢ºGroupage commodities are not receivable by the C.N.C.T.
